Projects in KulturarvNord

KulturarvNord has launched a series of demonstration projects, all working with innovative communication and user involvement. The implemented projects have all received support from the EU and the North Jutland regional authority and are now being initiated. Moreover, the museums constantly work on developing new project ideas - both as part of the museums' internal cooperation and as part of new collaborations with industry, tourist attractions and educational institutions.


Current projects run over the following time period:

2007-2010:
Skagens Museum - Art as Experience (Kunsten som Oplevelse)

Vendsyssel Historiske Museum - Nature as Experience (Naturen som Oplevelse)

Skagen By– og Egnsmuseum - Skagen Odde Interaction (Skagen Odde Interaktion)

2007-2011:
Nordjyllands Kystmuseum, Bangsbo Department - Digitales II - The Difficult Choice (Det Svære Valg)

Museum Network - Network Platform for Cultural Heritage Cluster North Jutland (Netværksplatform til Kulturarvsklynge Nordjylland)

2009-2012:
IKON - Interregional Cultural Experience Network (Interregionalt Kultur Oplevelses Netværk)

In addition, there is also the research centre Interregional Centre for Knowledge Formation Studies (INCEVIDA), which was established in May 2010.
The research centre was formed in cooperation with a wide range of representatives from North Jutland’s businesses, museums and university. The centre has its starting point in generating growth between businesses, cultural institutions and universities.
